Miley Cyrus showed off her chest tattoo at last night's MTV EMA's.

Miley wore a white, open-back dress that showed off her "Just Breathe" chest tattoo at the annual awards show in Madrid, Spain. She actually revealed the tattoo last year while wearing a bikini while on vacation in Miami Beach but showed if off again last night while posing for pictures on the red carpet. The tattoo is a tribute to her friend that died of cystic fibrosis.

The teen singer and actress was spotted rocking a new heart tattoo on her pinky finger! Miley revealed the new tat as she arrived back in Los Angeles after an extended stay in Paris filming her new movie LOL. She also arrived with a good looking new man but it's not her rumored new love co-star Douglas Booth. Miley and Doug were spotted out and about in Paris together several times sparking rumors of a romance.
